Child Abuse Clearance
In order to obtain your clearance, you will need to login or create an individual account if you don't already have one. Once logged in, follow prompts. Your results may take a couple days to a week to be completed. You'll receive an email when you can log back in to obtain your results. Please email results to volunteer@ocmtwolf.org or print them and give them to the church office.
Criminal Background Check
Begin by clicking "New Volunteer Record Check" then follow the prompts. Be sure to write down your reference number at the end so that you can return later, if necessary. Results are typically displayed immediately, but occasionally take a few days. Please email results to volunteer@ocmtwolf.org or print them and give them to the church office.
FBI Fingerprinting
Select state and then the “Digital Fingerprinting” option under Enrollment Services. Enter service code: 1KG738 then continue to schedule your appointment. It may take a few weeks to get your results in the mail. Please email results to volunteer@ocmtwolf.org or bring a copy to give to the church office.
